- My goal is to make our client's vision a reality! I have been in the food service industry since I was 14! I've been a dishwasher, buser, food prep cook, grill chef, server, bartender, flambé chef, banquet captain, bar manager, catering manager, operations manager, and event sales person. I feel as though my experience gives me a unique perspective in that I can see to event from all perspectives. I feel proud of every event I've ever worked on and always will. I love my job and I hope it shows!
