This Sunday was our third annual bridal tasting event. This event gives our wedding client's an opportunity to try our most popular menu items, signature drinks, and to meet some of our favorite vendors.
My goal is to make our client's vision a reality!
I have been in the food service industry since I was 14!
I've been a dishwasher, buser, food prep cook, grill chef, server, bartender, flambé chef, banquet captain, bar manager, catering manager, operations manager, and event sales person.
I feel as though my experience gives me a unique perspective in that I can see to event from all perspectives.
I feel proud of every event I've ever worked on and always will.
I love my job and I hope it shows!
